Gold Leadership Institute

 

The Gold Leadership Institute is primarily saddled with the following resposibilities:

 

1. Liaise with the pastorate to identify training needs for the various teams and organisation of the church

2. Identify trainings to appropriately meet the development needs of members

3. Organise  and resource training programs for the church

4. Analyse team reports for the purpose on identifying areas of challenges and provide reports for necessary actions

5. Keep a record of team/organization report submission
